Brigitte Ulrich, mindfulness and resilience trainer, takes you on a deceleration tour into the here and now of Ratingen's forests. When bathing in the forest (Japanese "Shinrin Yoku"), immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest and open your senses for a special experience of nature with mindfulness exercises: Listen to the rustling of the leaves, perceive the colors of the forest, feel, smell and taste nature. Breathing and light physical exercises support the health effects of Dr. Forest. Forest bathing is a break from hectic everyday life, reduces stress and strengthens the immune system.
