Lambs and young sheep from green areas from the Neandertal
Rearing and keeping sheep is Philip Haude's great passion. He runs his farm as a sideline. The 30 ewes graze on green areas in the Neandertal, where they enjoy fresh wild herbs and pasture grass. The lambs stay on the pasture for 8 to 9 months and come into the pen in the winter. The lambs and young sheep are slaughtered, cut up and sold by the Thomas Kluke butchery in Mettmann.
