From Hösel Mitte it goes down to Sondersbach and along it into Angertal. We follow the Anger in the direction of flow until we reach Gräfgenstein Castle. We cross it to go up the other side to Eggerscheidt with its old half-timbered houses. At the end of the village we cross the road and take a forest path towards the Blauen See and our destination, the sports park of the Stadtwerke Ratingen. It is 12 km with a steeper climb.
