In the fireplace room of the Niederbergisches Museum in Wülfrath, Bergisches breakfast and a Bergisch coffee table are only available on request. The guests are offered a lot from scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese and homemade jams. The coffee comes from the Dröppelmina. During the Bergische Kaffeetafel there is bread, rice porridge and of course waffles.

Directions:

Wülfrath is located in the beautiful Niederbergisches Land between the Rhine, Ruhr and Wupper. Good motorway connections enable the museum to be reached quickly from all directions.

Arriving by public transport:

Wülfrath can be reached with the following bus lines:
Express bus SB69 from Wuppertal main station.

Regiobahn S28 to Mettmann Stadtwald, bus 746 in the direction of Velbert or, if necessary, from Düsseldorf-Nord with the bus 738 to Mettmann Jubilee Square, bus 746 in the direction of Velbert.

In Wülfrath, get off at the Stadtmitte stop and walk through the pedestrian zone (Wilhelmstrasse) to the end and then come to a pedestrian bridge over Mettmanner Strasse.
Once you have crossed the pedestrian bridge, you are already on the Bergstrasse.

The museum is about 50 meters on the right-hand side. Walking time: 10-15 minutes.

Price information

The price per adult over 17 years is EUR 15,00.
For children from 7 up to and including 16 years EUR 10,00.

Children's cover up to and including 6 years is free of charge.

The price includes entry and include moderation. Participation is free for bus drivers in a group.

-Ham and cheese and/or cherries and cream (but only for events with closed groups).
-Extension of the coffee table, eg for "chatting", is possible by arrangement and will be charged at EUR 70,00 per hour.

itinerary

The event will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays or by appointment, subject to prior registration during office hours. It lasts a total of two hours from 14:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. Admission is 15 minutes before the start. Individual guests and groups of up to 55 people can take part.
