Bake bread together in the half-timbered house from 1838
In the historic bakery, everything revolves around bread. The cottage is located on the grounds of Hof Schinck. In the building, which dates back to 1838, bread was baked and fruit dried for family needs up until the late 1940s, as was customary in the villages in the past. From 1989 to 1990 the bakery was renovated. Since then, groups have been able to bake bread in the half-timbered house under guidance according to the old tradition. This is how the practical can be combined with the pleasant: baking together and socializing. During the baking, visitors learn a lot about the history of bread baking and the bakery. At least 50 loaves of bread are baked per baking process, which the group can take home to eat.
