Schepershof

In the Windrather Tal, in the north of Neanderland, gardening, agriculture and animal husbandry have been practiced in accordance with Demeter guidelines since 1978. The raw materials obtained in this way become products for your own use courtyard cafe and used the farm shop. In addition to cheese, yoghurt and quark are also produced in the community cheese dairy at the Schepers and Örk farms.
